Description of Amendment:
The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate a revised Performance Work Statement (PWS), establish the closing date for quotes, and update the anticipated Period of Performance (PoP).

This includes specific cargo bed dimensions (minimum 7'3" x 3'11"), reinforced materials, Army litter rail system compatibility, integrated side storage, and the addition of a fixed jump seat for attendant personnel.

  • Documentation Verification: Sections 5.1.1 and 5.1.2 now explicitly require the Contractor to provide maintenance records and inspection checklists at delivery to verify the vehicles are under two years old and fully serviced.

  • Administrative Updates: Deliverable (CDRL) numbers have been sequentially updated throughout Section 5 (e.g., Deliverables A008 through A021) and minor terminology shifts (e.g., changing "vehicle" to "UTV" in the insurance section) have been applied.

2. Quote Submission Deadline:
The closing date and time for receipt of quotes is established as July 27, 2026, at 1500 Central Time.

3. Period of Performance:
The Period of Performance will begin on August 13, 2026.
