FAIRING,AIRCRAFT
Solicitation # SPRPA126QUB76
Solicitation SPRPA1-26-Q-UB76, issued by DLA Aviation at Philadelphia, seeks the procurement of two newly manufactured aircraft fairings under NSN 7RH 1560-01-659-9591 P8. This is a fixed-price acquisition for commercial products where the government will conduct inspection and acceptance at the origin. A critical requirement for eligibility is that parts must be FAA-Certified and accompanied by an FAA Authorized Release Certificate (FAA Form 8130-3 Airworthy Approval Tag). Only newly manufactured spares are acceptable; refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired materials are strictly prohibited. Furthermore, offers must originate from government-approved sources of supply, and distributors must provide an authorized distribution letter on source letterhead at the time of proposal submission. The award will be made to a single eligible and responsible offeror determined to be most advantageous, with past performance weighted as more important than price. The contract incorporates stringent quality and safety standards, including AS/EN/JISQ 9100 requirements and DFARS clauses for Critical Safety Items. Packaging must adhere to MIL-STD-2073 and MIL-STD-129 for marking, with specific requirements for Depot Level Repairable labels. 17--ACTUATOR,ASSY,CROV,, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF
Solicitation # N0038326RPC71
This solicitation, issued by NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, is for the teardown, evaluation, repair, and modification of ten Actuator Assemblies, CROV (NIIN 016485009). These components are designated as ALRE Critical Safety Items (CSI) and Flight Critical, meaning they are used in crucial shipboard systems for aircraft launch and recovery where failure could result in loss of life or vital systems. Consequently, only companies with engineering source approval from the Naval Air Systems Command are eligible for award. New manufacturers must submit a comprehensive Source Approval Request, including configuration drawings, process sheets, and evidence of producing similar items within the last three years. The contract mandates rigorous quality assurance and inspection standards. Critical and major characteristics, as well as attributes for plating, hardness, and non-destructive testing, require 100 percent inspection. Non-destructive testing must be performed by NADCAP or ISO 17025 accredited laboratories. The contractor is required to provide a 12-month warranty and must notify NAWCAD Lakehurst at least 14 working days prior to final inspection to allow for government surveillance. Packaging and marking must strictly adhere to MIL-STD-2073, MIL-STD-129, and MIL-STD-130. Award will be made to a single, technically acceptable offeror based on a trade-off between price and past performance, with past performance weighted as the more important factor.

Solicitation # N00019-26-DRPM-RAS-AIRPMO-0294
The Naval Air Systems Command is conducting market research through a Request for Information to identify commercially available or emerging systems for Group 1 and Group 2 Unmanned Aircraft System training, mission planning, mission rehearsal, simulation, and qualification management. The goal is to enhance operator proficiency and reduce operational risks by utilizing simulation-based training for realistic threat environments and emergency procedures. This effort is strictly for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a formal solicitation or a commitment to award a contract. Interested parties are invited to submit unclassified white papers detailing their technical capabilities, system architecture, cybersecurity measures, and NDAA compliance. The government is specifically interested in scalability, as future demand could involve thousands of units or licenses. Submissions should include company profiles, rough-order-of-magnitude pricing, and a description of how the solution handles contested environments and system interoperability. Responses must be submitted via email by December 22, 2026.
