V -- HQ AMC/A3KRS CONTRACT AIRLIFT TRANSITIONS TO USTRANSCOM

Effective January 1, 2007, the HQ Air Mobility Command/A3KRS Contract Airlift operations transitioned to the Transportation Command Airlift Contracting Division (TCAQ-R) under the U.S. Transportation Command.
