The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Healthcare System (VAGCVHCS), NCO 16, Biloxi, MS, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, intends to negotiate a sole-source Interim Purchase Order with Mobile Medic Ambulance Service, Inc. (dba AMR), for non-emergent ambulance transport services for the period of April 1 - 30, 2013. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, facilities, labor, transportation and all applicable licenses and permits necessary to provide non-emergent ambulance transport services in accordance with the VA requirements and any other applicable Federal, State, or Local Regulations, Laws, Ordinances, etc. The NAICS Code is 621910 and the Size Standard is $7.0M. This is not a solicitation or a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
