AMENDMENT - The purpose of this amendment is to answer vendor inquiries, update the Statement of Work, and extend the submission due date. The updated Statement of Work fully replaces the previous version. No further inquiries will be accepted. Offerors are encouraged to review the entire solicitation and all attachments prior to submitting their quote.
Submission of your response shall be received not later than 10:00 am PT, July 21, 2026, via email only to katharine.robert@va.gov. Subject line shall include “RESPONSE TO RFQ 36C26226Q0512” for consideration. RFQ response must be in PDF format; it is the vendors responsibility to ensure that the quote/offer is received on time.
