The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to procure on a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis one (1) VariGen EW Simulator which includes: P/N VGEN-SLQ32-01. The sole source justification is based proprietary rights for the hardware. The item will be procured on a sole source basis from Varilog Research Inc., 5020 Sunnyside Ave Ste 203, Beltsville, MD, 20705-2307. Please include any shipping/freight costs for FOB Destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. DFAR 252.211-7003 (Item Identification and Valuation) is applicable to this purchase. DFAR 252.232-7003 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) is applicable to this purchase.
