Various Electrical Supplies on an As Needed Basis

The City of Rancho Cucamonga is soliciting bids under RFB 26/27-106 for an established electrical supply wholesaler to provide various electrical supplies on an as-needed basis for the 26/27 fiscal year. To be eligible, vendors must maintain a service office and warehouse within a ten-mile radius of the city limits, stocking a minimum of 400,000 dollars in common electrical supplies. The contract requires the provision of new and unused items, with common supplies delivered by the next business day and non-stocked manufacturer items delivered within three working days at no additional cost. Deliveries must be F.O.B. destination and occur Monday through Thursday between 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Responses must be submitted electronically via PlanetBids by September 29, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. A complete submission requires line-item pricing entered directly into the portal and the completion of Exhibits A through G, covering conflict of interest, terms and conditions exceptions, addendum acknowledgments, debarment certifications, participation clauses, authority to execute, and specification worksheets. Award evaluation is based on technical compliance, responsiveness, and the vendor's ability to meet quality standards such as Energy Star and EPEAT. Pricing must remain valid through June 30, 2027, and the City will pay undisputed invoices within 30 calendar days of receipt.
