2.1 The County of Riverside Purchasing on behalf of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office – Technical Services Bureau (TSB), is soliciting quotations for Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 License Renewal as detailed in Exhibit “A” of this RFQ. 2.2 The Technical Services Bureau has utilized Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 since 2021 to back up Office 365 cloud services data platform including Microsoft Exchange Online SharePoint, One Drive and Microsoft Teams. Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 ensures secure data storage and backup, whether on-premises or in the cloud. The backup software safeguards critical data, prevents data loss, and maintains data integrity and accessibility. Additionally, this software service also helps to recover missing or corrupted data in the event of a disaster. 2.3 The Technical Services Bureau currently utilizes Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 for 4000 users throughout the department.
