Full Description

The Contractor shall furnish and deliver left hand motor vehicles to General Services Officer of the U.S. Embassy in Bamako, Mali, located in ACI 2000 Hamdalaye, in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions set forth herein. The contractor shall deliver vehicles that are built and homologated for export to Mali. Warranty shall be honored through a dealer located in Bamako, Mali with original equipment manufacturer parts for the vehicles available locally. The quantity of vehicles may vary based on offered pricing and available funding. Offerors may submit an offer for all or some of the items. Multiple awards are anticipated. This is a firm-fixed price type of contract. The prices listed below shall include all labor, materials, overhead, profit, and transportation necessary to deliver the required items to the American Embassy Bamako, Mali. All prices are in US Dollars or Local Currency FCFA. Advance payments are not authorized. Payments will be made after delivery to the American Embassy Bamako, Mali. Successful offerors shall be registered with the SAM (accessed through www.sam.gov) prior to contract award.
