The Department of Veterans Affairs, through Network Contracting Office 15 in Leavenworth, Kansas, is soliciting competitive quotes for the procurement of four handheld, battery-operated vein visualization systems with wheeled, hands-free stands for use at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas.
