This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number W911QY26QVGSM is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the renewal of the VGSTUDIO MAX Analyse Edition license. This solicitation including any attachments may be downloaded from SAM.gov at website SAM.gov.
This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The most applicable NAICS code associated with this project is 513210 (Software Publishers). SUBMISSION OF OFFERS
Quotations in response to this solicitation are due on 5 August 2026 by 1300 Eastern Standard Time (EST) and shall be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer, Trisha Scott, at trisha.r.scott.civ@army.mil and to the Contract Specialist, Martina Biro, at alexandra.m.biro2.civ@army.mil. Proposals will only be accepted electronically via the email addresses provided above.
FAILURE TO SUBMIT A TIMELY QUOTATION EXACTLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS MAY RESULT IN THE OFFEROR’S QUOTATION BEING REJECTED AS UNACCEPTABLE OR NONCOMPLIANT, AND THEREFORE INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD CONSIDERATION.
