This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals/quotations are being requested. The solicitation number is 15F06726R0000057 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror - NAICS 541330 – Engineering Services. This is a total Small Business set-aside with a size standard of $25,500,000.00.

Submission of Questions

Questions shall be submitted via email – Request for Information (RFI) and sent to the attention of Andre Wilson at alwilson6@fbi.gov , and Logan Swiger at lswiger2@fbi.gov no later than Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 11:00 am, EDT.
