The PPSC requires the professional services of one (1) single dedicated resource to deliver vicarious trauma counselling and compassion fatigue training to our employees. The contractor will help employees identify, cope with and reduce the harmful risks of being exposed to traumatic incidents pertaining to criminal investigations, the subject-matter of prosecution files and the nature of business of the PPSC. The contractor will provide one on one sessions including telephone conferences between sessions on as-required basis. The contractor will also provide a one on one information session on the topic of vicarious trauma to new employees.Duration of contract: From contract award date to March 31, 2024.
