The U.S. Army Tank Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM), through the Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal, is seeking innovative commercial solutions for the production of a new command overview video. This project aims to create an engaging professional video that showcases the functions of the TACOM Headquarters and its six various depots and arsenals located across the United States, including sites in Michigan, Ohio, New York, Illinois, Alabama, Texas, and California. The selected provider must manage all aspects of the project, including pre-production, production, and post-production, and will likely be required to travel to multiple locations to capture b-roll footage. Interested parties must submit a written solution via email by 10:00 A.M. EDT on August 27, 2026. Farm Credit Canada is seeking qualified video production vendors to support its ongoing “Let’s Grow Canada” national movement, which celebrates the people, land, and food that define Canadian agriculture. The initiative aims to inspire national pride, attract next-generation talent, expand market demand, and drive investment in the sector by sharing authentic, short-form documentary-style video content across digital platforms, social media, and live events. FCC has already produced an initial batch of videos and now requires ongoing production capabilities to expand its library with fresh storytelling. Vendors must demonstrate full-service expertise in either live shoot services—covering creative development, national crew management, location scouting, equipment sourcing, logistics, insurance, and permits—or post-production services including editing, color grading, visual effects, motion graphics, and asset archiving. The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors, with no guaranteed minimum volume of work, and services will be engaged on an as-needed basis through project-specific briefs. All work must adhere to FCC’s brand identity and may occasionally require travel to remote or northern regions, though such assignments are not guaranteed. Proposals must be submitted electronically via MERX by May 8, 2026, and vendors must comply with the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and Canada-European Union CETA provisions. The contract has an initial two-year term with potential one-year extensions for up to five years total. Proposals may be submitted in English or French, reflecting FCC’s obligations under the Official Languages Act, and the agency reserves the right to engage in concurrent negotiations with multiple bidders before award.

RFP CONTACT Ronke Niagwan Strategic Sourcing Specialist Farm Credit Canada procurement@fcc.ca RFP SCOPE In 2025, FCC launched an initiative to develop a multi-channel brand activation platform to celebrate the food, land, and people who grow Canada’s future. It aims to support four strategic goals: Inspire pride across Canada  Attract the next generation of talent  Grow demand in domestic and global markets  Increase investment in Canadian ag and food   The brand that was developed as part of the initiative is “Let’s Grow Canada” in English and “On sort du rang” in French. Let’s Grow Canada is not a campaign, it’s a national movement that unites producers, industry, and Canadians behind a stronger, prouder Canadian ag and food identity. In early 2026 the initiative launched a digital platform at letsgrowcanada.ca / onsortdurang.ca to serve as the online hub for content and storytelling. One of the key channels for telling Canada’s ag and food stories is short-form documentary style video. In fall 2025, FCC completed an initial round of video content capture and production to produce video assets for the launch event, the digital platform, and social media. FCC is now seeking video production vendors that can deliver video production capabilities to support the ongoing needs of the initiative. FCC intends to broaden its video asset library, with the goal of producing a limited number of short-form documentary style videos and leveraging captured footage for ongoing content creation across social media channels, events and the digital platform. This approach will ensure a steady stream of engaging, high-quality stories that continue to build momentum for the movement and strengthen the visibility of Canadian agriculture and food. FCC recently undertook video production activities in Northern Canada. As future production needs evolve, there may be occasions where filming in northern or remote regions is required; however, such work is not guaranteed.
