The Contractor shall provide high-resolution digital colour photography and video services that reflect various scenarios including, but not limited to: • Innovation & Technology • Climate-Smart & Sustainable Agriculture • People, Diversity & Labour / Cybersecurity • Supply Chain & Trade In addition to creative services, the project includes consultation with the AAFC Project Authority. Once consultations and work plans are approved, the Contractor is to provide on-location and in-studio photography services. The AAFC Project Authority will find the locations for the shoot. Photographer will need to provide the products for the studio photoshoots. The Contractor will arrange for and manage any requirements for talent (photography models), and any other services required during the entire length of the contract. We expect 2-3 talent models per shoot, sometimes it could be more or less. The contractor will be required to identify secure models that are representative of Canada’s diverse and inclusive workforce and arrange for travel to and from each location. The contractor will need to validate [models] with the project officer. The Contractor may use a variety of photography and video approaches (selective focus, tilted plates, various angles, extreme close-ups) and creative techniques, as agreed upon with the Project Authority. Time on location for photo shoots will vary accordingly. The supplier will be required to coordinate with AAFC staff in advance of the shoot. The contractor will be required to coordinate an anticipated shot list with AAFC staff in advance of the shoot.
