Full Description

VIA Rail requires video production services on an as-needed basis. VIA intends to prequalify suppliers for its needs. Mandatory Requirement Detail Tenderer Experience The Tenderer must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in video production services. Project Lead Experience The Project Lead must have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in video production services. Language The Tenderer must be able to deliver all the services in English and French. Timeline The Tenderer must be able to start receiving VIA’s project requests in Part B-Appendix A within a maximum of five (5) calendar days after the contract signature. Response Time to VIA’s urgent request The Tenderer must have a maximum response time of one (1) calendar day (24 hours) to acknowledge an urgent request. Geographical Coverage The Tenderer must have the ability to provide all the services and travel in any city in Canada.
