The scope of work required under this request includes:· 10 (ten) testimonial videos focused specifically on individual, innovative businesses, business practices, and solutions in the Sarnia-Lambton area. These videos are to include interviews with business proprietors, employees, and customers, as well as appropriate B-Roll. These videos should be no shorter than 2:00 (two minutes) in length, while no longer than 2:40 (two minutes, forty seconds) in length. The focus businesses will be identified and prescribed by the Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership· One (1) region overview video focused specifically on the collection of innovative businesses, business practices, and solutions in the Sarnia-Lambton area, as well as the value that the region can provide businesses, entrepreneurs, and new residents. This video is to include interviews with business proprietors, employees, and customers, as well as appropriate B-Roll. This video should be no shorter than 3:30 (three minutes, thirty seconds), while no longer than 5:00 (five minutes) in length.· 10 (ten) written profiles specifically on individual, innovative businesses in the Sarnia-Lambton area. These written profiles are to include interviews with business proprietors, employees, and customers, as well as any other information deemed integral to the story of the business (ie, history, evolution, etc.) These written profiles should be no shorter than 750 words in length, while no longer than 1250 words in length. The focus businesses will be identified and prescribed by the Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership and will correlate with the videos produced as part of this project.· This project will require travel to and from filming locations throughout Lambton County.· This project will require an assortment of film and sound recording equipment.· This project will require recording both indoors and outdoors.· The project will have a maximum budget of $20,000 HST (Canadian Dollars).· Project to commence work on Tuesday, June 23, 2020.· Project to complete work Prior to Tuesday, September 1, 2020.
