Notice of Proposed Procurement for Women and GenderEquality Canada (WAGE) Muhammad Luqman Telephone: (819) 240-4922 E-mail: muhammad.luqman@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca NATURE OF REQUIREMENT:Women and Gender Equality Canada (WAGE)requires professional A/V production to develop high-quality bilingual accessible videos promoting gender equality and federal initiatives. Contractor must handle full production, including planning, filming, editing, motion graphics, captioning, and final delivery, in English and French. Projects may include interviews, testimonials, PSAs, or social media videos per campaign needs. The contract supports WAGE’s communication objectives through fiscal 2025–2026 with task-based deliverables. Contractor manages all technical, creative, and logistical production and may subcontract. No security requirements, see Part 6 & Part 7, and refer to the Industrial Security Program of PSPC for screening. Covered by the Canada Free Trade Agreement, limited to Canadian services.
