The 11th Civil Engineering Squadron is seeking small business vendors to provide comprehensive furniture management services for Government-furnished property at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in Washington DC, under solicitation FA706026Q0016. This is a sources-sought notice issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under FAR 19.5, targeting NAICS code 561210, and is not a request for quotes—respondents are to provide market research information only. The required services include management, logistics, warehousing, transportation, labor, tools, and materials to maintain official quarters furnishings, window treatments, and appliances, with a mandate to maintain electronic inventory accuracy at 98%, conduct joint onboarding and semiannual inventories using DD Form 1662, and ensure timely turn-ins to the Defense Reutilization Management Office within three business days of approval. Contractors must deliver scheduled furniture moves within a two-hour resident window, perform quarterly preventive maintenance on icemakers with parts capped at $250 per unit annually, and submit monthly status reports, meeting minutes, and task-specific reports by the 10th business day of each month via Microsoft Word to the Contracting Officer’s Representative. Performance must occur Monday through Friday, 0730–1630, excluding federal holidays, with adherence to base closure and inclement weather guidance from OPM.gov.
