This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed-price contract resulting from this solicitation with a period of performance of twelve (12) months. The solicitation number is N0001511017 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-48. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 443120 and the small business size standard is $25.5M. This acquisition is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement for VIPR Maintenance Renewal as follows: - ITEM 0001 - FAB 106 0352/2 Support Plan VMC4 + 4 day HW - Quantity of Forty-Four (44) - ITEM 0002 - FAB 106 0355/2 Support Plan VMS/NSFW + 4 day HW - Quantity of Nine (9) The following clauses and provisions are applicable: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-- Commercial Items with addenda in attached RFQ. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items, offerors' proposals will be evaluated against the evaluation criteria in the attached RFQ.
