The contractor shall provide a conference package to include lodging, meals, and conference space co-located in the same location necessary to effectively conduct the Virgin Islands National Guard (VING) State Family Program (SFP) Annual Volunteer Workshop FY026 as defined in the Statement of Work. Please see FAR 52.212-2 on page 31 of the solicitation for specifics on response requirements. Submit all questions to the POCs listed in this posting no later than noon EST on 30 June 2026.
