Basis of Award: It is our intent to award this project for the base bid. Additive Bid Alternate No. 1 will be considered provided pricing is considered reasonable and within the budget for this project. Notification will be made if we intend to include the additive in the award. Please ensure pricing for both tables is provided. Only include the Base Bid total for your bid in your response package. All Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted no later than Thursday, October 22, 2026 4:00 pm through the Questions portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/norfolk/projects/307764 .
