Rock Island Arsenal Joint Manufacturing & TechnologyCenter (RIA-JMTC) intends to negotiate on sole source basis ICAM Technologies, 5495 El Arbol, Carlsbad, CA 92008 for Virtual Machine Development License; machine tool simulation only, Annual maint enance and support services for Virtual Machine Development License; machine tool simulation only, Virtual Machine Dedicated License for special machines; machine tool simulation sequence for Mazak Integrex Multi-Axis mill/turn e410 HS, Annual Maintenance and support services for virtual machine dedicated license for special machines; machine tool simulation sequence for Mazak Integrex Multi-Axis mill/turn e410 HS, and Virtual Machine Training Course. Acquisition is being conducted under the authority of F AR 6.302-1- Only one responsible source and no other supplies/services will satisfy the agency requirement. This notice is neither a request nor an invitation for quote. However, all information received by the close of business on 9/18/05 will be consi dered by the government. Information received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this w ill be entirely at the discretion of the Government.
