The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a Superseding Lease to remain in place utilizing
23,521 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of Office space for a VISN 7 HQ and administrative Office in
Duluth, Georgia



The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to remain in place by executing a superseding lease with a
maximum 23,521 RSF of Existing Office space in Duluth, GA. The space located in the delineated area
will have Office space for the functional staff as required. The space meets a all accessibility laws in
accordance with 4 CFR 101-19.6, App A (Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards).


VA retains the current facility providing at least 61 parking spaces for use by VA as a Head
Quarters Office and administrative area. The VA seeks a lease term of 10 years.



The government does not have a need to relocate, and serves as support for the all the hospital
and clinics in its purview. The area described below, is bound by the following roads, and the
following boundary lines:

Bounded on the South: Pleasant Hill Dr
Bounded on the East: Pleasant Hill Rd
