The U.S. Fire Administration within the Federal Emergency Management Agency seeks visual arts support services to deliver professional graphic and multimedia design services onsite at its facility in Emmitsburg, Maryland. The contractor will provide a team dedicated to creating high-quality visual assets that reinforce USFA’s brand as a leading authority in fire and emergency medical services, ensuring consistent, impactful communication across all materials. Responsibilities encompass a full range of design and production tasks including publication layout, digital formatting, training materials, factsheets, flyers, infographics, illustrations, 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, program posters, and limited studio photography, along with production services such as large format printing and laminating. The contractor is expected to advise on and implement best practices in design to maintain the highest standards of visual communication.
