Full Description

The 766th Specialized Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI intends to award a Purchase Order for a sole source purchase to Virtual Media Integration, Ltd for commercial services to provide a one-time maintenance, cleanup, and calibration with NIST certifications for one (1) VMI 5100MS System unit. Simplified Acquisition Procedures using FAR Part 13, Acquisition for Commercial Items will be used for this requirement. These services will consist of performing certified maintenance, cleanup, and calibration on one (1) VMI 5100MS system by a VMI trained and certified technicians. This is neither a request for quote or announcement of forthcoming solicitation. Is the 766th Specialized Contracting Squadron's belief that Virtual Media Integration, Ltd is the only qualified source to meet our needs. Interested sources that believe they can perform the services required may submit a capability statement to TSgt Alex J. Nieves and responses must be received by 4:00PM, Hawaii Standard Time on 12 September 2016. The government will consider all responses but a determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely under the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive acquisition. If no viable responses are received by the due date, the Government will issue a Purchase Order to Virtual Media Integration, Ltd.
