Customer service should be available at a minimum during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday. 19. Provide prompt and accurate claims adjudication, including mobile-friendly claim filing and tracking. 20. Offer a single point of contact for escalated employee issues. 21.
