The Naval Air Systems Command is issuing a Firm Fixed Price modification to contract N0001926C0140 with Bell Textron Inc. to support the Structural and Power Improvements for Next-Gen Effects (SPINE) Phase III effort. This modification covers security requirements and Delta Production Readiness Reviews for electrical sub-system configuration components for both AH-1Z and UH-1Y aircraft, as well as structural items specifically for the UH-1Y.
