Full Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Mid Atlantic Health Care Network (VISN 6) intends to negotiate a sole source General Supply Schedule, GS-07F-0135V, procurement with ChemDAQ, Inc. for their Steri-Trac Sensor Exchange Program (ST1-ESXP1) and Warranty (ST1-EXTWAR) for three Steri-Trac Toxic Gas Monitor Sensors to include software updates and maintenance services. This proposed procurement is for the services for our Steri-Trac equipment which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than Noon, January 29, 2014, local time. Interested parties must submit all technical information required to make a determination the proposed units meet or exceed the specifications of the above referenced unit. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
