FOB Destination pricing required. There are four (4) monthly rental period options. This is a sole source to Energy Solutions Government Group, Inc. per FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This requirement to be solicited using non-commercial, negotiated procedures in accordance with FAR Part 15 utilizing Low Price, Technically Acceptable evaluation factors. The acquisition will be solicited anticipating award of a Firm, Fixed-Price Service type contract. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil.
