EQUIPMENT MUST BE LESS THAN THREE YEARS OLD AND HAVE LESS THAN 3000 IN-SERVICE HOURS. EQUIPMENT WILL BE USED AN ESTIMATED 6 HOURS PER DAY, SEVEN DAYS PER WEEK.
