This posting replaces the presolicitation notice previously posted under solicitation number: W9124M-13-T-0004. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Stewart intends to solicit proposals in response to Request for Proposal (RFP) W9124M-13-R-0007 to provide the rental and service of portable chemical latrines and portable hand wash stations within the Fort Stewart, GA cantonment area and surrounding training areas of over 250,000 acres. This requirement calls for services to provide all labor, personnel, equipment, materials, supplies, management and supervision necessary to perform the rental and servicing of portable chemical latrines and hand wash stations in accordance with the performance work statement (PWS). Many of the locations to be serviced in this PWS require the use of rough terrain capable vehicles with 4-wheel drive and self-recovery winches. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 562991 with a Small Business Size Standard of $7M. The Government intends to solicit this acquisition as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The anticipated solicitation release date will be on or about 6 May 2013. The anticipated deadline for all responses to the RFP is 29 May 2013 at 2:00 PM EST. The resulting contract will be for a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Requirements type contract with a base period of 12 months and two (2) one-year options. The anticipated period of performance for the base period is: 1 October 2013 through 30 September 2014. This solicitation will be issued electronically.
