The Department of the Navy intends to issue a solicitation, Request for proposal (RFP) under N62473-11-R-3613, for portable toilet services at Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southwest (SW), Resident Officer In Charge of Contracting (ROICC) Office, Yuma, Arizona, on or about 16 August 2010. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and materials to support portable toilets services on the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Yuma, Arizona. The proposed period of performance includes a base period of twelve months (01 October 2010 through 30 September 2011) and four (4) one-year option periods (extending through 30 September 2015), exercised at the unilateral right of the government. Award is contemplated as 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 562991 with a size standard of $7 Million.
