The Oregon Army National Guard has a requirement for Postage machines and maintenance. The solicitation is W912JV-09-T-2015 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Request for Quotes are due by September 23, 2009, 1:00 p.m. Oregon Local Time. The RFQ will result in a Requirements contract. To request a copy of the RFQ send an email request to contact@example.gov 1.0 Statement of Work The Oregon Military Department, DSCIM-ISB is looking for specialized services and postage machines with electronic scale to be at 45 ORANG offices located across the state of Oregon. All postage rate increase hardware or software required for update must be included in contract. On line collaboration must be available for postage funds to be monitored and dispersed to accounts for downloading to postage. 2.0 Requirements " The vendor shall provide postage machines for official mail operations. " The vendor shall provide postage scales for postage machines for official mail operation. " The vendor shall provide maintenance as needed for all postage machines on site. " The vendor will provide maintenance within 48 hours as needed for all scales on site. " The vendor shall provide a toll free phone number for reporting any service problems that may occur. " Vendor will provide an electronic interface (via secure web site) to all postage accounts to be managed by DCSIM-ISB. " Transfer of funds to accounts must not have any service fees associated with each transaction. " Postage funds must be downloaded via phone system to postage machines. " The vendor is responsible for adjusting any billings for problems reported in services that should have been provided and were not. " The vendor will utilize access badges that any other visitor would use when working at any Oregon Military Department Sites. The Offerors must be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR). Only contractors who are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) can be awarded a contract. Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability.
