The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting for quotes for rental of minimum 75 ton Rough Terrain Hydraulic Crane with a minimum Boom Length of 100, capable of lifting 15,000 lbs. at a radius of 50 with outriggers fully extended. The quote shall include delivery and pickup to Lock and Dam 10, Guttenberg IA 52052. The solicitation number W912ES-10-T-0079 is issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Rental will be for approximately 16 weeks from 1 December 2010 to 28 March 2011. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, and evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The contract will be awarded to the lowest quote that can provide what is requested with no substitutes. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The associated NAICS code is 532412 with a size standard of $7.0 million. Offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry located at www.ccr.gov prior to contract award.
