Full Description

The Contractor shall furnish all parts, labor, tools, supplies, and equipment, materials and management necessary to provide complete washer and dryer service of non-coin-operated washer and dryers in various buildings at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 532490 is applicable to this acquisition. The applicable size standard is $30.0 million. The Government will issue a 100% set-aside for 8(a) competitive small business Request for Proposal (RFP). Contract award will be made on the basis of Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Evaluation factors will be listed in the RFP, and non-price factors will reflect relative importance to price. Award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. Supply/services shall be procured pursuant to the regulatory direction of FAR Part 5.2 Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. The expected award shall consist of one base period of performance (1 October 2013, or date of award, through 30 September 2014) and four - one year option periods of performance. There is no guarantee that any option period of performance will be exercised. The entire solicitation package will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Requests for copies of the solicitation package by any other means will not be honored. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps and Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Sill websites for the release of the solicitation package or subsequent solicitation amendments. The RFP will be issued on or about 24 April 2013. There will be a pre-proposal conference/site visit that all prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. Specific date and time for the site visit will be provided in the solicitation. The closing date for submission of offers will be on or about 24 May 2013, 4:00 p.m CST. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered.
