The Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Base Borden (CFB), Ontario Fitness and Sports department (F&S), on behalf of the Administration Branch, have a requirement for a standing offer of new commercial weight equipment in the fitness facilities. The Contractor must supply, deliver, assemble, install and provide training of commercial weight equipment. The contract must also provide general maintenance and training to F&S maintenance staff. The training will be within thirty business days of delivery of the equipment. Bidders must clearly demonstrate compliance with each mandatory technical criteria. Failure to demonstrate compliance will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive, and be given no further consideration. AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 2023-07-07 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
