For the provision of, as and when requested, laundry and dry cleaning services to the Department of National Defence, in Victoria, British Columbia including Dockyard, Naden, Workpoint, and outlying areas within the jurisdiction of CFB Esquimalt. The anticipated service capacity includes handling approximately 20 to 25 call-up requests per week from various clients and pickup locations. The estimated annual usage of the Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) is approximately $200,000. On average, each call-up or invoice involves around 200 pounds of washing and dry cleaning.
