All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2026-06-26 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Reissue of Request for Standing Offers. This request for standing offers (RFSO) cancels and supersedes previous RFSO number WS560332559 dated 2026-03-26 with a closing of 2026-05-05 at 14:00 EDT. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide maintenance and repairs of Medium Support Vehicle System (MSVS) Militarized Commercial off the Shelf (MILCOTs). The requirement is “as and when required” for the provision of all labour, parts, and equipment necessary for the diagnostic, repair, and refurbishment services of the MSVS MILCOT – Navistar Internationals 7400 (SFA 6x6) and/or International WorkStar from 2009 to Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Borden, Technical Services.
