AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2022-10-07 at 2:00PM CDT. All bids submitted after 2:00PM CDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. 3rd Canadian Division (3 Cdn Div) has a requirement for a short term lease of equipment. This equipment is necessary to be interoperable in a non-secure mode with other military specific radios in the same frequency band as per the technical requirements. The lease would be for period of two (2) years, with three (3) options periods of one (1) additional year each. To qualify a bid will have to consist of no less than 80% of goods and/or services of Canadian origin. Mandatory technical evaluation criteria are included in Annex "B" of the solicitation. Contractor selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
