All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EST on February 16, 2023. All bids submitted after 2 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PWGSC, on behalf of the Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Bagotville, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of fitness equipment for the new 433 Squadron’s sports complex, including delivery to CFB Bagotville, Alouette,QC. The equipment is divided into five main categories: free weights/weightlifting, cardio machines, apparatus for metabolic training, accessories and recovery accessories, as detailed in Annex A.
