The Department of Veterans Affairs, Boise VA Medical Center intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one source to: Olympus America, Inc. 3500 Corporate PKWY Center Valley, PA, 18034 The objective of this sole source award is to initiate a new lease for GI endoscopy equipment video gastroscope, colonoscope various fiber scopes, 4K UHD units and processors used for several Surgical Specialties, bonchoscopes, ultrasonic probes, ureteroscopes, and laser systems, light sources, video processor, ultrasound processor, etc. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 532490; the large business size standard is $35 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All information received by 11:59 A.M. PST on March 27, 2023 may be considered by the Government. Responses shall be submitted to Gregory Watson, Contract Specialist at contact@example.gov.
