Full Description

The Government anticipates a new Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity follow-on production contract in support of the Cruise Missile Defense Systems (CMDS) Project Office for acquisition of 144 IM-SHORAD Systems, engineering, logistics support and spares. This requirement will be for five ordering periods. The anticipated period of performance will be from 31 August 2020 to 30 August 2025. The Government intends to sole source this acquisition to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for the Stryker Family of Vehicles and platform integrator for the IM-SHORAD prototype systems, General Dynamics Land Systems, Inc., 38500 Mound Road, Sterling Heights, Michigan 48310-3200, CAGE Code 7W356, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2371b(f), - Follow-on Production Contracts or Transactions a transaction entered into under this section for a prototype project may provide for the award of a follow-on production contract or transaction to the participants in the transaction.
