The Department of National Defence (DND) requires a Computer Flight Planning Services, which provides the ability for aircrew to obtain a route, fuel requirements, time, distance from a departing aerodrome to the arrival aerodrome in an electronic format. This service must be compatible with current planning services utilized by other areas of DND, as detailed in the Statement Of Work and in accordance with the line items identified at Annex Basis of Payment. The Contractor must be compliant with all requirements specified in the Annex Mandatory Technical Criteria in order to consider the bid compliant. The proposed Contract is from July 01, 2025 to June 30, 2028, with up to seven (7) - one (1) year options periods.
