AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by November 14, 2022 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
The Department of National Defence, 17 Wing Winnipeg in Winnipeg, Manitoba, requires the provision of Water and Soil Testing Services on both a scheduled and an ‘as-and-when-requested’ basis as detailed herein and in accordance with the line items identified at Annex B, Basis of Payment. Scheduled services will comprise the majority of the work to be performed. The Contractor must deliver all Testing Services identified in Annex “C”, Mandatory Technical Evaluation Criteria. The period of the Contract is for a period of two (2) firm years from award date with with up to three (3) – one (1) year option periods. Weekly pick up of samples will be made at the location specified at Annex “A”.
