All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2024-04-03 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Reissue of Request for Standing Offers. This request for standing offers (RFSO) cancels and supersedes previous RFSO number WS4311965488 dated 2023-12-29 with a closing of 2024-02-06 at 14:00 EST. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide all labour, materials and equipment required to pump and transfer or pump and dispose of raw or partially treated wastewater and/or sewage (i.e. septic holding tanks, sewage lift stations), grease interceptors, and other similar materials from various areas throughout Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Trenton and its satellite locations.
