A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply of Septic/ Hydro Vac services is required by the Department of National Defence, Wainwright, AB, as detailed herein and in accordance with the line items identified at Annex Basis of Payment. The Contractor must be compliant with all requirements specified in the Mandatory Technical Criteria in order to consider the bid compliant. The proposed Standing Offer is from award contract to March 31, 2027.
