AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by October 3, 2024 at 14:00 pm ET. All bids submitted after October 3, 2024 at 14:00 pm ET will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Mandatory Work Site Visit. The Offeror must attend the mandatory site visit. The site visit will be held at Department of National Defence, 4 Wing, Cold Lake, AB T9M 2C6 on August 13, 2024 and August 14, 2024, beginning at 9:00 am MT., in B40 Queensway Road. Offeror must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than August 7, 2024, to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives who will be attending the Sites Visits including their driver’s license numbers, which will be used to obtain security pass(es). Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual cleaning tasks and as and when required cleaning services for all buildings listed in this RFP. Contractor is responsible for the provision of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide the cleaning services as detailed in the Annex Statement of Work to the Department of National Defence (DND).
