The Department of National Defence has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide heavy equipment services on various sites throughout 4Wing Canadian Forces Base in Cold Lake, Alberta, as well as potential work on the Primrose Lake Evaluation Range on an “as required” Call-up basis. It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of three years. If the Standing Offer is authorized for use beyond the initial period, the Offeror offers to extend its offer for 2 additional 1-year periods, under the same conditions and at the rates or prices specified in the Standing Offer.
