Reissue of Request for Standing Offers: This request for standing offers (RFSO) cancels and supersedes previous RFSO number W6896-23S055/B dated 2023-07-26 with a closing of 2023-08-11 at 02:00 PM EDT. AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2023-10-06 at 02:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 02:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of Nation Defence (DND) has a requirement to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and material necessary for the inspection, testing, sampling, air monitoring and/or removal of asbestos materials from various buildings at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Shilo, Manitoba.
